Whilst tax is quite a traditional and old-fashioned industry, we can’t ignore the benefits that technology can bring, particularly AI which is becoming more popular and advanced by the second.
In particular, there are now numerous AI tools that can help us with tax research, finding the answer to tax questions, and I’ve been testing out a few recently.
So how can AI tools feature as part of the tax research process? What’s the role that they should play, and how can you use it effectively without introducing the risk of getting things wrong? It’s no secret AI isn’t 100% accurate all of the time.
Well that’s where our guest, Tony Court of Lefebvre comes in.
He is a tax professional that’s been helping with the creation of an AI tool – specifically with the testing of it and feeding back so it can be improved and refined.
Along the way, he’s learned how to better use AI tools – what they’re good at, what they’re not good at, how to get the best out of them, and safeguards to avoid getting things wrong.
And he shares that with us in this episode.
