TTPP64: Win More Tax Work with These 3 Helpful Lessons

I’m sure I’m not alone with this.

The thought of having to win tax work, to continue progressing, used to keep me up at night.

I just had absolutely no idea where to start.

My first target for winning work was when I was a tax assistant manager, and that was £10k in a year. I remember thinking that seems like loads!

Since then, expectation has increased a lot in relation to winning work. Particularly since becoming a tax senior manager, just over a year ago.

I wasn’t worried about it at this point as I’d already experienced and developed ways to win work. But I did know I was going to have to ramp it up a notch, but I was also constrained by time.

Even more so since I went to 4 days to spend the other day on the podcast.

So in this episode, I’m sharing what I’ve learnt so you can apply it yourself and win more tax work and become better at business development.

Sound good? Then take a listen.
